We know you love your motorhome and want to continue adventuring without the worry of compliance issues. There have been many questions circulating about this because of the owners who have received the SB210 notices from the California DMV.
Rest assured, there is light at the end of the tunnel and we are here to help you navigate the CTC-VIS registration portal.
Vehicles need to be reported in the Clean Truck Check Inspection System (CTC-VIS). However, if your motorhome is not registered in California, you are not required to complete the emission compliance testing.
For motorhomes, compliance testing is required one time per year and can begin up to 90 days prior to the registration due date. You must use a CARB Credentialed Tester who will submit the test to ensure compliance with CARB and the DMV.
